His exit comes through an official statement dropped by him on July 22, as seen by, stemming from his request for a short, unpaid study leave to pursue his academic goals, a request the station could not agree to. “Today, I officially close one of the most important chapters of my life.
After six unforgettable years, I have officially left Mediamax Network Ltd's Miele FM, where I proudly served from June 2020 to June 2026,”MCA Tricky stated. The radio personality had been with Mediamax Network's Milele FM since June 2020, growing into one of the station's most recognisable voices. “My departure comes after we were unable to reach a mutual agreement regarding my request for a short unpaid study leave as I continue pursuing my academic goals,”MCA Tricky stated.
Before radio, MCA Tricky built his fame through the"Street boy"Character he popularised on the Churchill Show. His streetwise humour, relatable storytelling, and energetic delivery convinced broadcasters he could translate his comedic appeal into an engaging, interactive morning radio format. His radio journey kicked off in October 2018 at Standard Group's Radio Maisha, where he co-hosted the Maisha Asubuhi breakfast show with Billy Miya.
